How the subscription works

StickSnak subscriptions renew monthly at the price and delivery frequency shown when you subscribe. Your selected payment method is charged for each recurring order. Shipping charges and taxes, when applicable, are shown at checkout and may apply to recurring deliveries.

No minimum term

There is no fixed minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can skip an upcoming delivery, pause the subscription, or cancel it at any time.

Manage or cancel

Sign in through your customer account and open Subscriptions. You can also use the Manage your subscription link in a subscription email. If you cannot access either option, email info@sticksnak.com from the address used for the subscription.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancelling the subscription stops future subscription billing and deliveries immediately. It does not automatically cancel an order that has already been created. To request cancellation of an existing unfulfilled order, contact us as soon as possible; orders can no longer be cancelled after fulfilment.
