Delivery area

StickSnak currently delivers to addresses in the Netherlands only.

Shipping charges

Standard delivery costs €5.95. Delivery is free when the order value is €75 or more, after discounts and before shipping.

Delivery estimate

The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Any different timing shown on the product page or at checkout for a specific order takes priority.

Delivery details

Please check that the delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. Carrier tracking, when available, is sent using the contact details provided with the order.

Damaged, missing or incorrect orders

Email info@sticksnak.com with your order number and, for damaged or incorrect deliveries, clear photos of the parcel and products. We will review the issue and provide the next steps.
